Caution
Run Check: Pipeline pump frequency (frequency) during normal operation, you should regularly check and record the pump ammeter, voltmeter, Imports & Exports vacuum gauge, pressure gauges and flow meters and other meter readings. Unit vibration, noise, temperature rise is normal. Shaft seal should not have a significant fuel leak.

Use Points
1, commissioning work: Check for loose connections; hand plate dynamic coupling of the rotor turn a few laps to see if the unit rotation is flexible, whether there was a noise and severity of uneven feeling, to determine whether there is foreign matter in the pump or whether the axis bending, seals, etc installation is not correct; check the seal cavity clean lubricating oil on the 20th whether filling 1/2 cavity space; pump unit surface is clean; steering unit load test.
2, manual start: prime the pump (the first time), slightly open the outlet valve, start the motor, the pressure rises and confirm the smooth operation of the pump gradually open the outlet valve to the working conditions.
3, run a check: pipeline pump frequency in normal operation, should regularly check and record the pump ammeter, voltmeter, Imports & Exports vacuum gauge, pressure gauges and flow meters and other meter readings, unit vibration, noise, temperature, etc. is normal, shaft seal should not have a significant fuel leak.
4, normal stop: closed discharge valve, the pump light load, the motor is stopped.
Emergency stop situation:
⑴ pump motor work ammeter indicates abnormal (excessively large or become small); pump system makes unusual noise.
⑵ pump inlet vacuum gauge, outlet pressure gauge indicates abnormal pump vibration and emits a different sound large, significant performance degradation.
⑶ pump motor odor, shaft seal leakage of aviation fuel, the bearing temperature exceeds 75 degrees and so on.
